Samantha James Hair Salon

John van Leeuwen Architecture and Design was the architect of record for the Samantha James Hair Salon located in St. Boniface, Winnipeg. The project was a retrofit of an existing commercial space that was previously a doctors office. The space is approximately 1377 sq ft. We worked directly with the contractor to develop this space in a timely manner, remediating building code non-compliance.

The project was completed in 2025.
