This project is the development of a 2 600 sq.ft. retail space for the Government of Nunavut Liquor and Cannabis Commission. The development is a tenant fit-up in an existing building and includes new sales counters, product display, and customer areas, as well as renovations to the warehouse and shipping and receiving area.
