Manitoba Housing Baptist Mission Apartment Life Safety Upgrade

Location: Winnipeg, MB

The Scope of work for this project is for a life safety upgrade for the Baptist Mission Apartments, located in Winnipeg, MB.

The project included the installation of fire rated partitions, fire doors and dampers to meet the requirements of the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). The work included consulting with the AHJ to allow occupancy of the upper floors while work was ongoing. Additionally, the work included cosmetic upgrades to the lounge and entrance lobby; including new ceiling tiles, paint, and flooring.

The project was successfully completed in 2025.
