Shake & Roll Ice Cream Shop

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Shake and Rolls Ice Cream is a specialty ice cream parlor located in north-east Winnipeg in a commercial strip mall. The project was the development of a tenant space of approximately 1146 sq ft. We worked directly with the client identifying the needs of the space, understanding the workflow of product delivery and patron experience. The design includes food preparation spaces, an office, washrooms, a customer service counter and a seating area. Our design aesthetic was developed in the spirit of the original Shake and Rolls pink bus creating a fun and colourful space.

The design was completed to meet the “Manitoba Guideline for the Design, Construction and Reconstruction of a Food Handling Establishment.” The scope of work included mechanical and electrical design

The project was successfully completed in 2025.
