Winfield Place is the development of a 20-unit housing complex. The residential suites include one-, two- and three-bedroom units, each with their own balcony. The building is of wood frame construction on a cast-in-place concrete foundation on piles. The parking is on the main floor below the building.

We assisted the developer and their team in the rezoning of the site to Residential Mult-family and in acquiring the variances required to complete the project. The design process was supported by discussions with City Planners and local authorities. Our office worked with the developer to produce a design that suited the neighborhood and responded to resident concerns. The project was not built.
