1915 Hoddinott is the development of a 48-unit luxury rental apartment in Birds Hill, Manitoba. The building is of wood frame construction on a cast-in-place concrete foundation. Each suite contains two bedrooms and is complete with a large balcony. Site development includes on grade parking.

The project required engagement with the Authorities Having Jurisdiction to achieve the development agreement and variances required.
