The project was for the retrofit of an existing grocery store into a thrift store. The project included the installation of a new curtain wall glazing system on the front façade and an interior refresh that included new lighting and finishes and flooring. The building program included back-of-house offices, workspace and storage space. New point of sales service desks were provided In retail space.
