Five Rivers Business Centre is a commercial condominium development in North-Eastern Winnipeg. John van Leeuwen Architecture and Design worked with the owner and the planning consultant to develop a project that included two buildings each approximately 30,000 square feet. The building is on a piled foundation with a steel superstructure.
