Cambridge Bay LHO (Local Housing Office)
Location: Cambridge Bay, Nunavut
The Cambridge Bay LHO is a 1020 sq.M. mixed-use building for the Nunavut Housing Authority in Cambridge Bay. As a sub-consultant to Accutech Engineering our office designed a facility that includes a storage garage, warehouse maintenance shop, and administrative offices.
The project is an effective and compact building designed to meet the construction needs of a remote northern community. The project was designed using Nunavut’s Good Building Practices Guidelines. This project was not built.
